Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
Coordinate the day-to-day activities of project(s), track progress and communicate issues/risks to ensure successful delivery
Work with the client to understand requirements and business needs
Configure Dayforce system to meet client requirements
Perform Testing – including system test plan creation, unit testing, and parallel testing with client
Assist client with change management. Collect and analyze relevant data and take action accordingly.
Manage and resolve client issues
Train clients on implemented solutions
Collaboration with internal Adaptalytics team
Management of multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience implementing the Dayforce platform as a Business Analyst or Implementation Consultant
Creative problem solving and business judgment
Ability to engage with multiple projects & customers at the same time and manage competing priorities
Excellent organization, communication and collaboration skills
Ability to lead and facilitate customer and internal workshops and sessions
Ability to mentor junior consultants through peer reviews and other QA activities
Strong analytical skills
Strong communication skills
Strong documentation skills
Experience working independently without daily supervision
Ability to multitask between different projects and clients
Client Management Experience RequiredDemonstrated experience with Dayforce WFM solution concepts such as Org design, Jobs and Roles, Time & Attendance, Entitlements, Leave Management, Employee Scheduling, Position Management concepts, Pay Rules and or Benefits, Talent, Performance, Compensation or learning.
